Full-Time Risk/Quality Coordinator

The Risk/Quality Coordinator, through direction from the Chief Operating Officer, is responsible for the on-going monitoring and evaluation of the agency’s services and compliance with regulatory bodies (CARF, OhioMHAS). Works with the COO for the coordination and implementation of the agency’s Quality Improvement Plan and to fulfill the agency’s responsibilities to all stakeholders. In coordination with the Chief Operating Officer, completes quality and risk management reports, assures risk management policies and procedures are enforced at all locations, as well as facilitates the completion and evaluation of consumer satisfaction surveys, employee stakeholder feedback surveys, community surveys, accessibility surveys and focus groups. Assures compliance with agency policies and procedures, and designs, implements and monitors in service training programs.  Maintains professional standards of ethics, including Board, staff and client confidentiality, as well as compliance with all credentialing entities including CARF and OhioMHAS.  Reports to COO and/or CEO of all clinical compliance, health & safety and quality assurance issues.  Provides support to the Risk Management/Health & Safety Committee and chairs the Disaster Recovery Committee.  Updates Disaster Recovery plan as needed and ensures compliance with the Disaster Recovery Plan. Conducts annual safety drills at all locations in accordance to agency’s standards. Tracks and analyzes minor and major incidents and maintains annual Health & Safety Monitoring Grid for all locations.  Acts as Alternate Client Rights Officer for the agency. Develops and maintains positive personal and agency relationship with referral sources, community resources, third party payers and all stakeholders.  .

Minimum Associates Degree, preferred Bachelor Degree. Knowledge and experience in information privacy laws, access, release of information and related technologies and processes. Experience in quality assurance, risk management and data analysis.

Background Check and Alcohol and Drug Screen required.

Pay: $39,000 – $58,700 annually
