Lake-Geauga Recovery Centers: Community Tobacco Survey

Lake-Geauga Recovery Centers has been part of the Ohio Department of Health’s Tobacco Use Prevention and Cessation Program Grant for the last six years representing Geauga County. Tobacco use is the leading cause of premature death and preventable disease in the United States. Tobacco use affects the entire community, and the work LGRC is doing is in an effort to promote tobacco cessation, prevent initiation of tobacco use and create a healthy Geauga County for all citizens.

The keystone to LGRC’s work is our community’s beliefs and attitudes regarding tobacco issues. LGRC needs your help in determining Geauga County residents’ opinions. How you think, feel and rank the importance of tobacco related issues will help them prioritize and plan their work. Your opinions will also help to evaluate current programs and policies in Geauga County.

Please take a few minutes to share your beliefs and attitudes regarding tobacco by going to:  and completing the Community Tobacco Survey by September 28, 2020.

Your input is important and valuable and we thank you for your participation in this survey.
