The Residential Treatment Manager is responsible for the residential treatment programs and recovery houses, including the coordination and delivery of residential services, assuring that the program schedule is adhered to at all times.  Maintains adequate staffing of residential treatment and recovery house facilities at all times and identifies and reports health and safety, grounds and facility, and maintenance and janitorial issues to the Director of Residential Services.  Assures policies and procedures of residential treatment and recovery house programs are adhered to by all staff and clients.  Assures that qualified counseling staff work consistently with each resident to develop recovery through assessment of individual problem areas, treatment planning, case management and individual counseling.  Provides direct service coverage in the absence of assigned counselor as needed.  Provides effective, consistent supervision of residential, completing documentation of same.  Develops and maintains strong relationships with all agency stakeholders, and 12-steps community.  Ensures maintenance of clinical records, including timely, consistent and accurate clinical documentation.  Participates in peer review, and in-service trainings as scheduled.  Conducts utilization review meetings and residential staff meetings.  Relates and works well with staff in professional, team approach to treatment services.  Interviews potential job candidates, trains, supervises, evaluates, and disciplines subordinate staff (with approval of President & CEO).  Has knowledge of standards set forth by OMHAS and CARF, assuring that residential services and counseling staff are in compliance with standards.  Maintains professional standards of ethics, thorough knowledge and implementation of client confidentiality, client rights and grievance policies and procedures.  Models appropriate and professional behaviors for clients and staff.  Maintains certification status.  Ensures safety inspections are performed monthly and room inspections are performed daily.  Is knowledgeable about the disease of substance use disorder, family illness model and treatment modalities; differential diagnosis.  Possesses experience in assessment, individual, family, marital and group counseling modalities.  Has strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively to public, as well as three years of supervisory experience.

Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling or related field, with concentration in Substance Use Disorder (SUD) treatment preferred. Appropriate licensure in State of Ohio as LISW-S, LPCC-S, LICDC-CS preferred. Three years supervisory experience.

Background Check and Alcohol and Drug Screen required.

Salary range: $46,100.00 – $65,000.00
