Amy Shook, LCDCIII

Amy is a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor III who is working as an outpatient counselor at the Chardon Office. Amy facilitates outpatient groups and individual counseling sessions. Amy joined the mental health and substance use field in 2019 and joined Lake-Geauga Recovery Centers in 2024. Amy has a Bachelor of Science in Child & Family Studies and a Gerontology Certificate from Ohio University.
