Full-Time Outpatient Program Manager
The Outpatient Program Manager is responsible for the management of specialized services, clinical supervision of assigned outpatient counselors and may perform between 20%-30% direct client service. Must be knowledgeable about the disease of substance use disorder, family illness and model and treatment modalities and differential diagnosis as well as experience in assessment, individual, family, marital and group counseling modalities. Responsible for providing clinical and/or administrative supervision to outpatient counselors, including monitoring work schedules, compliance with reporting requirements, productivity and billable hours. Manages, coordinates and delivers specialized outpatient treatment programs as assigned by COO. Responsible for coordination and delivery of outpatient therapy session, assuring that group programs take place as scheduled. Provides direct service coverage in the absence of assigned counselor as needed. Assures that qualified counseling staff works consistently with each client to develop their own recovery through assessment of individual problem areas, treatment planning, case management and individual counseling. Ensures maintenance of clinical records, including timely, consistent and accurate clinical documentation. Provides effective, consistent supervision of outpatient staff, completing documentation of the same. Thorough knowledge and implementation of agency policies and procedures, ensuring compliance I all work areas. Participates in all Management Team Meetings, Peer Review Committee, and In-Service training as schedules. Conducts utilization review meetings and outpatient staff meetings. Develops/maintains strong relationships with all agency stakeholders. Interview potential job candidates, trains, supervises, & evaluates subordinate staff. Provides assessments, treatment planning, case management, and appropriate counseling sessions (individual, family, or group).Completes client charting, knowledgeable of standars set forth by OMHAS and CARF, assuring that outpatient services and counseling staff are in compliance with standards.
Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field, with concentration in Substance Use Disorder treatment preferred. Licensure in the State of Ohio LISW-S, LPCC-S, LICDC-CS, RN. Three years supervisory experience required.
Background Check and Alcohol and Drug Screen required.
Pay: $46,100.00 – $65,000.00 per year
