LAKE-GEAUGA RECOVERY CENTERS OPENS NEW RECOVERY HOUSE

Mentor, OH.  September 6, 2019:  Melanie J. Blasko, President and CEO of Lake-Geauga Recovery Centers, Inc. announced the opening of The Meigs, a new recovery house for men located in Painesville Twp. The Meigs, which is the 5th recovery house operated by Lake-Geauga Recovery Centers provides a safe, healthy, drug-and-alcohol-free living environment that helps build a strong foundation in recovery for men who have completed a primary treatment program.

The Recovery House can accommodate 6 men and a house manager who not only share a home, but also share a common bond; a commitment to sobriety and an abstinent lifestyle. “We are so grateful to the Lake County ADAMHS Board and the Ohio Department of Mental Health & Addiction Services for their support in making this level of care available to individuals in Lake County. The recovery houses have had a tremendously positive impact on individuals as they continue their journey in recovery, and the outcomes have truly exceeded our expectations,” Blasko said.
