Calling All Lake-Geauga Recovery Centers’ Alumni

CALLING ALL LAKE-GEAUGA RECOVERY CENTERS ALUMNI TO A PANCAKE BREAKFAST

Mentor, OH. September 8, 2014 : Melanie J. Blasko, President and CEO of Lake-Geauga Recovery Centers, Inc. announced an invitation to all Lake-Geauga Recovery Centers alumni (former clients and their families) to an Alumni Association Pancake Breakfast on Saturday, September 27, 2014 from 8:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. at the First Church Congregational UCC located at 22 Liberty Street, Painesville, OH 44077. The breakfast will be held in the Fellowship Hall.

The event is designed to reach out to all alumni who may be interested in learning more about or participating in a newly established Alumni Association. The Alumni Association will participate in special events, help with volunteer opportunities and establish new friendships with other alumni or family members of alumni.

“This event has been planned in September in observance of National Recovery Month which is a nationwide observance to celebrate the accomplishment of individuals in recovery from substance use disorders”, said Ms. Blasko. “The national event also pays tribute to the treatment and recovery service providers who have made the recovery journey possible for so many. We want to reach out to all our alumni, to join together and celebrate their successes, and to raise awareness that recovery is possible.”

Prices for the All-You-Can-Eat breakfast are $5 for adults and $3 for children ages 10 and under.
